This document provides the API reference and integration guide for the CoinPool platform (v1.1), designed to empower engineers, merchants, liquidity providers, and enterprises to build seamless fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat experiences — including pricing-backed orders and transfers, P2P/B2B USDT rails, and multisig for high-value flows where configured.

Purpose and Overview

CoinPool is a secure, compliant hybrid bridge between traditional fiat currencies and USDT stablecoin on Ethereum (ERC-20) and TRON (TRC-20) networks. Our APIs enable:
  • P2P On/Off-Ramps: Allowing individual users and small businesses to convert fiat to USDT and USDT to fiat quickly and affordably, with support for mobile-first flows optimized for African corridors.
  • B2B OTC Desk: Facilitating large-scale, private USDT/fiat trades for enterprises, merchants, and liquidity providers with minimal slippage, tailored execution, and high-volume capabilities.
  • B2B Merchant and Vendor Integrations: Enabling E-Commerce platforms, sub-merchants, and partners to accept USDT payments, request OTC conversions, manage wallets via the platform API, and automate settlements.
The APIs serve as the programmatic foundation for these use cases, providing endpoints for:
  • Merchant onboarding and KYC/KYB verification
  • Fiat deposit requests (bank/M-Pesa) and status tracking
  • USDT credit/debit operations across networks
  • Wallet balance queries and transaction history
  • Real-time rate quotes and OTC order management
  • Webhooks for asynchronous updates (e.g., payment confirmations, credits)
